Liverpool Man Accused of Sex Abuse; Possessing Child Porn

A Liverpool, New York man has been arrested by New York State Police for allegedly possessing child pornography. He also faces an arrest warrant in the state of Pennsylvania

A Liverpool, New York man has been arrested by New York State Police for allegedly possessing child pornography. He also faces an arrest warrant in the state of Pennsylvania. Jason Southard, 28, is also facing arrests warrants in the state of Pennsylvania for multiple counts of child sex abuse and possession of obscene sexual material. Southward lives at 108 Winchester Drive in Liverpool, New York. He is also facing warrants in Lower Paxton Township, Pennsylvania, for unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

Southard was arraigned following his arrest in Town of Clay Court. He was sent to Onondaga County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bail bond.
